These general terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern access to the website www.panibag.com and its use by any visitor (the “User”).
Any access to the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

ARTICLE 2 – Purpose of the site and access
The site presents the Panibag liner for bread crates, its uses and its references, and allows it to be ordered online. The conditions of sale appear in the General Terms of Sale.
The site is accessible free of charge to any User with access to the Internet. Access costs remain at their expense. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
The site does not offer a user account: no registration is required to browse it or to order.
ARTICLE 3 – Making contact
The User may send a request from the site’s form. This form prepares a message in their e-mail software, which they send themselves. The User undertakes to provide accurate information.
ARTICLE 4 – Personal data and cookies
The site does not place any cookie on the User’s device. Its traffic is measured with a tool that uses no cookie and no browser fingerprint (TWIPLA, “Maximum Privacy” level); no advertising or profiling tool is used. No consent banner is displayed.
Payment is made on a page hosted by the provider Stripe, which applies its own cookie policy, with cookies necessary to secure the transaction.

ARTICLE 5 – Intellectual property
The PANIBAG brand is registered and the liner is protected under industrial property law. The content of the site (texts, images, photographs, videos) is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any reproduction, publication or copy, in whole or in part, requires the prior written authorisation of the publisher. Any unauthorised representation constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
ARTICLE 6 – Liability
The information on the site is presented for guidance only. The publisher does not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions and cannot be held liable for the use made of it.
The press extracts and testimonials reproduced on the site are reproduced under the responsibility of their authors.
The publisher cannot be held liable for a virus that infects the User’s equipment following access to the site, nor for a case of force majeure.

The site links to the websites of distributors and to third-party publications. By clicking on these links, the User leaves www.panibag.com. The publisher exercises no control over these pages and is not responsible for their content.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
