The site does not place any cookie on your device.

It uses no advertising pixel, no social network button and no profiling tool. It measures its traffic with TWIPLA (formerly Visitor Analytics), a tool that works without cookies and is used only to produce traffic statistics: visits, page views, origin, device type. The data is hosted in Germany. This measurement is set to TWIPLA’s “Maximum Privacy” level: no cookie, no browser fingerprint, no individual page history. It does not ask for your consent: no banner is shown to you.

The fonts and resources of the site are served by our own servers. The only request sent to a third-party service when viewing the pages is that of the TWIPLA audience measurement script, which receives, like any server queried by a browser, the IP address of the visit. TWIPLA, set to this level, states that it processes no IP address.

One exception, which does not concern the pages of the site:

• The payment page is hosted by Stripe, which places its own cookies, strictly necessary to secure the transaction and prevent fraud. They fall under Stripe’s policy.

The site’s form does not transmit any data to a server. It prepares a message in your e-mail software, which you send yourself. The data you enter in it (name, company, e-mail, telephone, number of crates, message) reaches us by e-mail and is then kept in our business mailbox.

• Purpose: to respond to your request and, where applicable, to start a commercial relationship.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Art. 6.1.f).
• Retention period: 3 years from the last contact.

When you place an order, the data necessary for the performance of the contract is collected: name, company name, SIRET or VAT number, delivery and billing address, e-mail, telephone.

• Purpose: order processing, delivery, invoicing, after-sales service and management of the guarantee.
• Legal basis: performance of the contract (GDPR Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligation for the retention of accounting records (Art. 6.1.c).
• Retention period: 3 years after the end of the commercial relationship for contact data, 10 years for accounting records and invoices, in accordance with Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.

Bank details are never collected by us. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Ireland, a PCI-DSS certified provider. We receive only the payment confirmation and the information necessary for delivery.

If you take out a subscription, the order data is kept for the entire duration of the subscription, then for the periods indicated above. The direct debit mandate is managed by Stripe.

Your data is reserved for the PANIBAG teams in charge of the commercial relationship, of preparation and of shipping, and for its processors: the payment provider Stripe, the carrier in charge of delivery, the host Cloudflare and the company’s chartered accountant. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Your data is not used for marketing purposes without your agreement. If you have agreed to receive our commercial information, you may withdraw your consent at any time, via the unsubscribe link in each mailing or by writing to us.

We implement the technical and organisational measures necessary to protect your data against alteration, destruction and unauthorised access. As the Internet is not a fully secure environment, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the transmission of information.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. You exercise them at [email protected], or by post to SAS PANIBAG, 248 Route de la Doire, 06750 Séranon. A reply is given to you within a maximum of one month.

The right to erasure does not extend to data whose retention is required by a legal obligation, in particular accounting.

If you consider, after having contacted us, that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
